SEA WORLD EXPLORER ON NASSUA WITH ROYAL CARIBBEAN WINDOWS

We were also promised that the crew would do a feeding of the fish, so that we could see more of them down below, but that also did NOT occur! The windows of the semi submarine were scratched and dirty, and did not allow us to take many good pictures of the fish down below. Not what the shore excursion description described at all. It turns out the boat that we were on was also the semi submarine. Unfortunately, that is NOT what we got! We then rode the boat and kept waiting to transfer to the semi submarine, but that never occurred either. We were expecting a catamaran from the description of the excursion on the Royal Caribbean cruise planner. We then had to walk several blocks to the boat dock where we picked up the shore excursion boat with absolutely no signs to follow. But we did NOT get this excursion experience!!! The bus that picked us up at the Cruise Terminal for our shore excursion dropped us off on the side of the road. We have some feedback to give on the shore excursion we booked thru Royal Caribbean (thru the cruise planner) for Nassau, Bahamas for February 13th, 2022. We were on the Odyssey of the Seas from February 12-20, 2022. We were hot, thirsty & famished by the end of the excursion. We couldn't wait for the whole thing to be over. We finally got to the semi-submarine boat and had to transfer over to this ship, which was supposed to be the highlight of the tour, but there weren't a whole lot of fish to be seen. Again, no water was provided, and everyone was hot, sweaty and bored. Then we were driven to Paradise Island to get on a boat to slowly cruise the harbor where the tour guide pointed out all the rich people's homes & made dumb jokes. No water was provided at any time, and the tour was from 11:30-2, with no stop for lunch. When the tour finally started, it was basically going around in circles around downtown Nassau, with a short stop at the Queen's Stairs. Then we got crammed onto a tiny sidewalk in the hot sun breathing in diesel fumes to wait for the right bus to pick us up, only to have to move to a different location 15 minutes later to get on the bus.

There was an elderly couple walking slowly with a cane who almost got left behind. First of all, the Nassau pier was packed out with 5 cruise ships, many trips were leaving at the same time, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes in the sun and then try to follow our guide through the mob of people to the tour buses in the hot sun.
